I scream, you scream, we all scream for live cream!

I just made my first batch of raw , vegan ice cream and I have a very big smile on my face. It was easy to make and the result was a cool, sweet, rich, very vanilla confection that could rival the best dairy based ice creams. And, guess what? It's good for you! My ice cream was based on young coconut, raw agave syrup, sea salt and cold pressed coconut oil with all of those wonderful enzymes still intact. Couldn't be simpler.
